Sky Estate Sp. z o. o. – the owner of prestigious real estate in the very center of Warsaw is looking for a person for the position:
Rental Department Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Creating profitability analyzes for real estate investments.
• Reporting on the company’s revenues to the Management Board.
• Work in the SAP Business One computer system and in the MS Office environment.
• Creating economic forecasts, e.g. Due Diligence and Cash Flow.
• Creating, analyzing and making daily changes to rent tables.
• Analysis of current projects in terms of their financial effectiveness.
• Research on the profitability of individual products and organizational units of the company.
• Ongoing reporting of the work results of the Rental Department.
• Cooperation with other departments, in particular with the accounting department.
• Verification of existing contracts in terms of expiring lease agreements, renegotiation of terms of further cooperation and building lasting and positive relationships with tenants.
• Supporting the Rental Department in daily duties, i.e. preparing offers, presentations, summaries and other documents related to rental, including lease agreements, annexes and annexes, updating tables related to rental.

Requirements:
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ease of learning and working in computer systems, e.g. SAP.
• Ability to independently create reports.
• Negotiation skills, high interpersonal skills, good work organization, independence.
• English acqusition on the communicative level
• Experience in the real estate industry will be an additional advantage.
• Higher education.

However, other personal data (e.g. telephone number, e-mail address, photo containing your image, interests) will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which may be revoked at any time.

If the documents contain the data referred to in Art. 9 section 1 GDPR (e.g. health data), your consent to their processing will be necessary (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR), which may be revoked at any time.

Labor law provisions: art. 221 of the Labor Code, § 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of May 28, 1996 on the scope of keeping documentation by employers in matters related to the employment relationship and method of keeping employee’s personal files, Art. 87 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on employment promotion and labor market institutions.

Data storage period

Your personal data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the recruitment process is completed.

If you give separate consent to the processing of data for future recruitment purposes, your personal data will be used for 6 months, unless you withdraw your consent earlier.

Recipients of personal data

The recipient of your personal data will be companies providing staff recruitment services and IT service providers, and such entities process data on the basis of a contract and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.

Responsibilities:
• Assistance in the daily organization and coordination of the Management Board’s activities.
• External and internal communication on behalf of the Management Board.
• Coordination of the correct flow of documents and information and their archiving.
• Maintaining and coordinating the meeting calendar, booking conference rooms.
• Documentation management in the scope indicated by the Management Board.
• Taking care of the proper circulation of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sending correspondence.
• Receiving guests and handling meetings and teleconferences.
• Operating a telephone exchange, connecting calls.
• Office cost control.
• Searching for properties for investment.
• Placing purchase orders after the Management Board’s approval.
• Taking care of the office’s image.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an assistant – a necessary condition.
• Possibility to start work immediately.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
• High interpersonal skills, good work organization, independence.
• Responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Resistance to stress.
• Discretion, very high personal culture.
• English acqusition on the communicative level.
• Experience in the real estate industry will be an additional advantage.
• Higher education.
• Driving license. B.
